Our Personalized Property Acquisition Services – 10 Steps

As your US Brokers we will match you with your dream property in Paris. We have over 12 years of experience in France and 30+ in the US and we speak fluent French and English.

Paris Immo Realty will help you evaluate, locate, finance, close, and remodel your dream property in Paris.
For our clients only, we also offer Management and Rental Services.

Once you have hired an exclusive Real Estate Broker as your representative in Paris, we will follow those steps one by one together:

1. Evaluate your needs, wants and budget and show you how they relate to market realities.

2. Search for properties and start an evaluation for bank loans (finding the right bank, qualifying you for a loan, gathering all necessary documents and filling up all the forms in French for you if necessary), opening of a bank account.

3. Locate potential matches and email you photographs, video tour, and background information on each property selected for you.

4. Meet you in Paris when the property is found (or touring with you in Paris for the best properties selected).

5. Offer on the property: When a match is found, and you agree with us on the choice, we make an offer on your behalf for you on the property and negotiate all the terms and conditions for you.

6. Dealings with the Notaire and the banks on your behalf or with you if you have come to Paris, and follow up each step of the deal. (In France the Notaire replaces the Title Company and/or Attorney in America.) We will do the same with the banks regarding your loan and choose with you the best loan terms and conditions.

7. Closing: We will not only coordinate but supervise each step of the deal along the way to make sure we arrive at a smooth closing. (That is a sport in France!).

8. Renovate and/or Remodel: If you decide to renovate the property, we have done many remodeling and we have trusted contractors and painters. We can also handle the project management in your absence. (Sometimes for an additional fee).

9. Management: We can manage your property during your absence, and oversee it on your behalf. (Fee chart available).

10. Rental: We can help you rent your apartment during the time that you are away, through our network of leasing agents and vacation rental services. Many of our clients have been able to subsidize most and sometimes all of the cost of owning their apartments.

We are also never very far from you and as you can see in our past Clients’ comments, we are always here to give you a hand, way past the closing.
